Sizes and Product Information

Because we resell products from other manufacturers, sizes, colours and other product details may vary from item to item. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, and as such may revise product descriptions from time to time. If your purchase is not acceptable because of this, please see our Returns policy for information on returning or exchanging it.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on all purchases as required by Canadian law. These taxes include:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST):
  5% of the total (merchandise and shipping) price of all orders shipped to a Canadian address.
  (The Canadian GST dropped to 5% as of January 1)
• Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (PST):
  8% of the total (merchandise and shipping) price of all orders shipped to an address within Ontario.

Preorders

Many of the items we list we do not maintain in stock. When ordering any of these "preorder" items, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for us to import the items from the supplier.

Please note: In some rare cases, it may take longer for us to receive the products from our suppliers. We make every effort to fill your preorder in a timely manner, but it can be 4-6 weeks between placing your preorder and receiving your purchase.

Payments

For website orders, we accept payment via PayPal, Cheque or Money Order.

If you are local to Kingston, Belleville, etc. and want to pick up your order directly, we can accept cash at time of pickup. If you want to take advantage of this, set up an account then PM or email us and we'll give you Local access - this lets you choose "Local Pickup" as a shipping method, which is free and lets you pay cash when you pick up your order.

Payment by Cheque and Money Order

As of July 2007, you may now pay by Cheque or Money order in Canadian dollars.

Please include a printout of your Order Summary with the cheque, and/or write your order number in the Memo field.

Phone, Fax and Mail orders

Sorry, at this time we do not accept orders via telephone, fax or mail.

International Orders

We will ship to most of the world, except as forbidden by Canadian export regulations. For international orders, the buyer pays the actual shipping cost, which may vary from order to order and destination to destination. As well, the customer is responsible for all duties, international taxes and import fees.

International customers may pay by PayPal.

All prices on our site are listed in Canadian dollars.
